Here it is! My first Typhoon! It came last night and this morning he had already went trough but the surprise of this morning is taht another one decided to come from south, yeeeeeha!!!

 

 

My willing to breath the nature during this rainy season. I climbed the montain beside the university. Incredible fragrance, amazing view... Amazingly clear sky thanks to the rain which gets ridd of everyday air moisture and contamination.

 

 

Depuis bientot 2 semaines, il pleut tres souvent, sous forme d'orages, de grosses averses... L'eau inonde tout, s'ecoule partout, entraine tout avec elle (en temoignent les nombreux glissement de terrains et le nombre incalculable de routes emportees) et en meme temps abreuve la nature et la nettoye de toutes ses souillures. Elle revele aussi les delicieuses odeurs de la foret sur laquelle donne ma chambre... C'est un moment tres agreable bien que l'on soit souvent trempe. le temps est tres changeeant. Souvent beau le matin, il commence a s'obscurcir vers 11h puis la pluie arrive, souvent d'un coup, tres forte. L'apres-midi est une alternance de passages orageux. Seule la mer ne semble pas etre troublee dans sa quietude et je ne l'ai pas encore vu se reveiller. Ce sera pour le mois prochain quand les typhons viendront s'echouer sur la cote... L'orage gronde...

In Taiwan, in some state universities, the  first week oh April is holidays. So we had!

 

Pavel, David and I decided to go on a one week ride on scooter all around Taiwan. So we did. Unfortunately a Typhoon arrived form north and temperature dropped down to less than 10 degrees in the moutains including crazy fog and heavy showers. After 1 day and half, weather forecast, we decided to stop our trip in a hop spring (water is there at 90degrees!) and go back to Kaohsiung the next day.

 

Anyway, it was such a great time all together. We plan to go back soon to have a look to these beautiful sceneries (without fog it is better!). Enjoy the pics!

Expedition Motorka, 1-4 April 2007

Yo! Long time no post!

 

So many things these last weeks:

- My Baby went spending a whole month with me ^^. We went 2 weeks traveling around Vietnam and then 2 weeks in Taiwan.

- I passed my second trimester's exam! So I am now in intermediary chinese level.

- I have more and more chinese to learn ^^

- 1 scooter trip in Taiwan to visit the international Orchidee Festival near in Tainan County.

- Next week is "spring vacations" so I leave tomorrow for a 7 days trip in scooter around Taiwan with my 2 theques friens, Pavel and David. Tent and sleeping bags needed!
